Mentorship is a collaborative process, not traditional teaching. It is about unlocking potential, exchanging visions, and fostering growth through shared creativity.

Being part of the Creative Mentorship / Kreativno mentorstvo community is very important to me because it creates genuine regional connections between people working in culture, heritage, storytelling, and the creative industries.

Over the past period, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of this community through online sessions, live meetings in Belgrade, and collaborative projects such as Kotor Legends, developed by my mentee Milica Popović. These interactions matter because they strengthen professional networks and remind us that meaningful change often begins through conversation, exchange, and collaboration.

I’m continuing to stay involved as an ambassador for this process. As an alumni mentor, I’m always happy to share information with anyone interested in how the programme works and to support future participants preparing for the next cycle.

The Creative Mentorship for Young Professionals Programme is supported by the British Council through the Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs), funded by the European Union.
