The main goal of this program is to popularize the cultural heritage of the Roman period through education, and the main mission of the festival is to disseminate scientific research through historical reconstruction known as “reenactment”.
The emphasis of this reconstruction is on experimental archaeology, ancient technologies and their interpretation, as well as the rich intangible heritage from the past, in an attempt to raise public awareness of a particular scientific field among cultural heritage lovers.
